Tito is a Director in the ONE Sports Global advisory team who has been working in the sports industry since 2017. Prior to joining One Capital, Tito worked at The Athletes Firm, a business management firm for professional baseball players. Tito also worked with the Pittsburgh Pirates in Minor League operations as the liaison between the front office and its Minor League affiliates. Tito has experience as an agent for the Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA), where he helped many young Latin American clients, and he spent a summer training and working for the Cleveland Indians in the Dominican Republic.

Tito is American-Dominican and fluent in Spanish. He played collegiate baseball for three years at State University of New York (SUNY) at Cortland where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics. Tito currently lives in New York, NY.
